How does Platinum Rewards® work?
Platinum Rewards® is a complimentary rewards program offered by Platinum Performance®. You earn Platinum Rewards® points with every purchase of Platinum Performance® formulas. You can see the points you’ve earned and redeem them when shopping on our website or by contacting a Platinum Advisor. You can reach a Platinum Advisor by phone at 800-553-2400 or by texting 833-997-5250 M-F 6am - 5pm PST.
After you enroll, you will earn points for every dollar you spend on any Platinum Performance® formula either directly from us or from your veterinarian. Platinum offers a tiered rewards program, so as you spend more, you will accrue additional points faster. The Platinum Rewards® points you earn can be applied toward future purchases.
Where can I find all of my Platinum Rewards® account info?
The rewards page in your account provides information on your points earned and current tier level. You can access the My Rewards page by logging into your account. You will also see your available point when shopping online which can easily be applied during checkout. Point can be redeemed on any Platinum Performance® formula for horses, dogs and cats.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Platinum Rewards® is a complimentary program. Once you enroll you will start earning points based on your purchases. Get started here.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No. You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by purchasing Platinum Performance® formulas for your horses, dogs and cats.
How do I Sign Up?
If interested in joining, you can sign-up by completing a simple form and agreeing to Terms and Conditions of the program. You can also contact with a Platinum Advisor 800-553-2400 or text us at 833-997-5250 during business hours.
I already have a Platinum Rewards® account that I created with a Platinum Advisor. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
We’ve taken care of that for you. Clients who are already actively enrolled in the Platinum Rewards® program are now able to use rewards points on our website or by contacting a Platinum Advisor by calling 800-553-2400 or texting 833-997-5250 during business hours.
How do I Redeem My Platinum Rewards® Points?
You can redeem your Platinum Rewards® points when shopping on our website or by contacting a Platinum Advisor by calling 800-553-2400 or texting 833-997-5250 during business hours.
How do I redeem my Platinum Rewards® points at checkout on the website?
Rewards points can be redeemed during the checkout process. When you are logged into your account and ready to check out, you will see your total available rewards points in a slide bar on the top right of the page. To use your rewards, slide the points redemption bar to select the number of points you would like to redeem on the order, then continue with the checkout process. To redeem all available rewards, slide the bar all the way to the right.
Can I earn Platinum Rewards® points for Platinum Performance® formulas purchased from my Veterinarian?
Yes! Once enrolled in Platinum Rewards, provide proof of purchase information and upload a photo of the purchase receipt.
Do Platinum Rewards® points expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc. For additional information see our Terms & Conditions.
