What will I save on future Auto-Ship orders?
After your first Auto-Ship order, Platinum will pay 50% of the ground shipping cost on every Auto-Ship delivery.
Which products are eligible for Auto-Ship?
Auto-Ship is available on eligible formulas offered in buckets, barrels and Platinum PAKs. Select Auto-Ship when choosing your formula or when reviewing eligible products in your shopping cart.
How frequently can I receive Auto-Ship deliveries?
Buckets and barrels can ship at the delivery interval you select. Platinum PAKs can be scheduled to ship every 28 days (4 weeks) or 56 days (8 weeks).
Can I change, pause or cancel a delivery?
Yes. You can change your delivery date or frequency, pause a delivery or cancel an Auto-Ship through your online account.* You can also call a Platinum Advisor at 800-553-2400 for assistance.
*Pausing Auto-Ship deliveries may be limited in order to maintain complimentary Platinum Colic Coverage®.
When will I be notified before my order ships?
You’ll receive an email reminder one week before your Auto-Ship order is scheduled to ship, giving you time to review your upcoming delivery and make any needed changes.
Can I change the products or shipping address?
Yes. You can update the shipping address for an upcoming delivery through your online account or by calling us at 800-553-2400. You can also store multiple addresses in your online address book, making it easy to update your delivery location when traveling with your horse or changing barns or trainers.
If you’re adding or removing horses from your program, you can personalize your buckets or Platinum PAKs and make updates for specific horses.
