When I first got Stitch, he had never been 200 miles from home. And now he's taken me everywhere. I ran him in my first NFR back in '03. Five years later Stitch is performing better than ever - he was the 2007 AQHA Barrel Horse of the Year. At 11, traveling takes its toll, especially on his joints. My mare is named Sally. She is 10 years old. She is a big, stout mare with a lot of heart and really fun to ride. We have owned her for 2 1/2 years and we have been barrel racing competitively for 1 1/2 years. She is a lot of fun and very honest, she runs the same pattern every time.
