Recommended Use
Take one capsule once daily.
Attention: Unlike tableted products, the high potency vitamins and minerals in Platinum Performance's Multivitamin and Mineral capsules are released very quickly in the stomach. Consequently, if you take them on an empty stomach, you may experience mild stomach upset or discomfort. This can be avoided by taking them with a full meal.
